			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So, today is the <a href="http://www.bmna.org/annualevents/fogaragesales.html" onclick="javascript:pageTracker._trackPageview('/outbound/article/www.bmna.org');">Bryn Mawr Festival of Garage Sales</a> (just ignore the fact that the title of that page is &#8220;Annual Potluck Dinner&#8221;&#8230; I guess the web <em>is</em> hard).  Now I happen to live in the Bryn Mawr neighborhood which means that once a year my quiet little enclave is invaded by hoards of strangers, all looking to spend money on other people&#8217;s crap.</p>
<p>Of course, there is also a mini-doughnut vendor in the area for the day, so it&#8217;s not <em>all</em> bad.</p>
<p>Not sure why I&#8217;m mentioning this, except that I looked outside today and the entire street is filled with cars and the alley is filled with people.  That&#8217;s why I&#8217;m hiding inside.</p>
