Now I happen to live in the Bryn Mawr neighborhood which means that once a year my quiet little enclave is invaded by hoards of strangers, all looking to spend money on other people’s crap.

Of course, there is also a mini-doughnut vendor in the area for the day, so it’s not all bad.

Not sure why I’m mentioning this, except that I looked outside today and the entire street is filled with cars and the alley is filled with people. That’s why I’m hiding inside.
